Studio Policies

Communication

We use our website and e-mail to communicate with our clients.  Please check the Calendar / Event Infosection of our website for the latest information regarding events and studio closures.  Also, please be sure to use our Client Area to update your client information with any relevant changes. 

 

For those of you who do not have access to the internet, we will also post information on the 'Information Board' in the front window of our studio and our waiting room.

Tuition

There is an annual registration fee due at the time of registration. Monthly tuition is based on the full season from August through June, allowing for holidays, vacations and short months. Tuition is the same amount each month no matter how many classes fall in that period. Monthly tuition and fees are non refundable. Your first month's tuition is due at the time of registration. Future tuition is  due by the 1st of the month. 

 

All accounts must have an active Visa, Discover or MasterCard on file upon registration. Tuition will be AUTO DRAFTED on the 1st of each month using the card provided at registration. Should a parent wish to use another method for payment, they are welcome to do so but payment MUST BE MADE before the 1st of the month to avoid the auto draft. (NO EXCEPTIONS). Tuition balances will be billed and AUTO DRAFTED automatically using the card on file on the 1st of each month. All accounts will receive an emailed receipt after any charges are made. Tuition and/or registration fees cannot be refunded. 

 

A $25 fee is assessed for all returned checks.

 

If your card declines an email will be sent. You have two days to update the card or fix the problem.  If the card on file continues to decline there will be a $15 fee added to your account each time it is declined. 

 

PAYMENT POLICY: Customers can pay by Cash, Check or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover Only)

 

Expressions requires a written notice to the front desk of any intent to discontinue. It will not be sufficient notice to merely tell an instructor of our intent to discontinue. Refunds will not be pro-rated for the current month.

 

Discounts

We offer both multiple student (family) discounts and multiple class discounts. If you register online the discounts are applied once we review your registration.  The multiple class discounts and family discounts are detailed below.

Payments

Payments may be placed in the tuition mailbox inside the studio, mailed, or made online.  We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard, checks, and cash.  Cash payments must be made in the office, during office hours.

 

If Expressions has not received a payment for your account balance by the 1st of the month, we will use the payment information gathered during your registration to pay for any outstanding balance on your bill.

 

If your account becomes past due for any reason you will be charged a $20 late fee.

 

There is a $25 returned check fee.
